Shopping at Ecofreak is easy!

You can shop online or place an order over the phone or via e-mail.


Browsing Our Products

Simply click on the category headings under ‘Ecofreak Products’ in the left hand column. Clicking on a category may reveal sub-categories or take you directly to products within that category.

Pictures and a brief description of each product will appear in the central area of the screen. For more information, click anywhere in the box surrounding the product you are interested in.

Alternatively, you can click on the ‘Search ecofreak’ box at the top of the left hand column and type in what you are looking for.


Making a Purchase - Basket

Click on the ‘Add to Basket’ button next to the product you require and it will be added to your ‘Shopping Basket’.

You can add as many items to your shopping basket as you like.

If you want change the quantity of an item, make the relevant change and then click
'Update Basket'
. If you want to remove an item click on the little dustbin to the right of the product.

Up until the point you make payment at the
Checkout, you can change the contents of your shopping basket at any time.

You can see what’s in your basket by clicking on ‘View Basket’ at the top of the right hand column.

When purchasing, please help us with by telling us where you heard about us in the relevant section.


Making a Purchase - Checkout

When you are happy with the contents of your shopping basket click
‘Go to Checkout’.

At the checkout you must choose your delivery area (UK Mainland, UK Highlands or N Ireland) and the total cost of your products and delivery is then clearly displayed. If this is satisfactory click on the 'Continue to PayPal' button.

You will be taken to the PayPal site to complete your secure, online transaction. For security details click here. If you don't have a PayPal account don't worry - simply choose the pay by card option. You do not need a PayPal account and you don't have to open one.

You will be asked to enter relevant details for us to be able to process and deliver your order. PayPal may require your telephone number for AVS (billing address) verification. This is purely a security measure. Your phone number is not passed to us or anybody else and will not be used to contact you for any reason.

Once you have placed an order we will send you confirmation by e-mail. Your invoice will be sent out with your order (occasionally it may arrive separately via Royal Mail).

Privacy

We do not disclose any information we may hold about our customers to any third parties, with the exception of passing delivery details onto our selected carrier to allow order fulfilment. Our delivery provider will not disclose any of your details to any other party.

The contact forms on this site do reveal to us your e-mail address and any other details you wish to pass on to us. We will keep this information secure and may use it for future correspondence.
